The end user can use the service from anywhere because the service provider provides the functionality and data.
The idea isn’t new, but this form of cloud computing is gaining new life from Amazon, Sun, IBM, and others who can provide this instant storage and virtual servers that IT can access on demand. Organizations can change the rest of the data centers affected by utility computing.
